Site Engineer (Civil) (Erattupetta)

Terradeus Residences Pvt Ltd is developing a premium gated villa community in Kondoor, near Erattupetta. We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate all aspects of construction from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate villa construction activities as per approved plans and timelines
- Monitor contractor work, ensure quality control, and resolve in office issues promptly
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
- Maintain daily site records and reporting
- Work closely with architects, vendors, and the project manager
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and regulatory compliance
- Track project progress using project management software Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end site execution experience (residential preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,544.96
