Student Counsellor (Palarivattom)

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Student Counsellor to guide prospective students and ensure a smooth admissions process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing accurate course information, and supporting students throughout their enrollment journey. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle student inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
* Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career opportunities
* Follow up with prospective students and support the admissions process
* Maintain student records and update data regularly
* Assist with admission and registration procedures
* Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
* Strong counselling and communication skills
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00
