About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design projects across digital and print media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful designs that communicate our brand message effectively. You will collaborate with marketing, social media, and product teams to deliver top-quality creative outputs while mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead creative design projects from concept to execution.
Develop visual assets for branding, social media, websites, packaging, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling designs.
Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (with at least 2 years in a senior role).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Knowledge of motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
Strong eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in brand identity design and campaign development.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content strategies.
Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines while delivering creative excellence.
