- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documents properly
- Coordinate with departments for smooth office operations
- Manage attendance, staff data, and office communication
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Monitor office supplies and place purchase requests when required
- Support HR and management in administrative tasks
- Arrange meetings and maintain meeting schedules
- Ensure office cleanliness and discipline
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance teams
- Maintain data confidentiality and company records safely
- Assist in travel arrangements and employee support activities
- Follow company policies and administrative procedures Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
