Crane Engineer ( Service & Erection) (Perundurai)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Service Erection Engineer to join our team In this role you will work on installation servicing and troubleshooting of various types of cranes including EOT JIB Gantry and KBK cranes This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work is proactive in problem-solving and is comfortable with travel to various job sites Key Responsibilities Electrical Installation Erection Manage and execute electrical installation assembly and commissioning of EOT JIB Gantry and KBK cranes at various locations Troubleshooting Repairs Diagnose and repair electrical faults and performance issues ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently Routine Maintenance Perform regular maintenance on crane electrical systems to optimize performance and prevent breakdowns Safety Compliance Adhere to all company and industry safety standards and procedures during installations and repairs Documentation Reporting Prepare clear service reports and maintain accurate records of work done parts used and any additional requirements Customer Interaction Communicate effectively with clients providing updates on service status and offering insights on equipment care and best practices Key Requirements Experience 4-7 years in electrical installation and service of industrial equipment with a strong focus on crane systems Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of crane electrical systems control panels VFDs and PLCs Certifications Relevant certifications in electrical engineering are a plus Travel Willingness to travel frequently for on-site work at client facilities Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly Communication Good verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and report writing Why Join Us Competitive Compensation Fair pay with opportunities for overtime Travel Allowance Support for travel and accommodation Qualified Growth Continuous training and development in the latest crane technologies Work Environment A team-oriented workplace where safety and quality are top priorities If you are looking for a hands-on engineering role with diverse challenges and growth potential we d love to hear from you Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00
