- 1 year Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle government projects and coordinate with clients, field staff, and internal departments.
- Monitor ongoing project status and update management regularly.
- Handle end-to-end project coordination from project initiation to completion.
- Follow up with office departments regarding project activities and pending tasks.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports properly.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for project execution.
- Follow up on payment collections and pending invoices with clients.
- Maintain payment follow-up reports and collection status updates.
- Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.
- Maintain proper communication with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain installation reports, service reports, and project documents.
- Ensure all project activities are completed on time.
- Coordinate with accounts, technical, and service departments for smooth project handling. Required Skills :
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and reporting ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and office documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. Pay: ₹15,000.00
