Accounts Manager (Perundurai)

Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Perundurai Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to handle client relationships, financial management, and business growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in accounting systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Prepare reports on account performance, forecasts, and key metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
- Manage accounts using Tally & ERP systems
- Handle group company accounts and division-wise management
- Perform costing and MIS report preparation Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with forecasting ability
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field
- Experience in Accounts / Finance / Client Handling roles
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Office
