We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to Founder at Techno Be With You / Track’d / Wave Earplugs We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder across multiple fast-growing brands in music, media, lifestyle, events, and consumer products.This role is ideal for someone who can manage communication, coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced creative environment. You will work closely across projects involving: - music festivals&artist collaborations - lifestyle and consumer brands - content production&shoots - partnerships and campaigns - operations and team coordination Key Responsibilities:• Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups • Coordinate with teams, vendors, collaborators, and clients • Assist with daily operational and administrative workflows • Track tasks, timelines, and execution across projects• Support event, shoot, and campaign coordination • Handle professional communication via email and calls • Maintain organization across multiple ongoing projects Preferred Skills: • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, ClickUp, etc. • Professional, detail-oriented, and dependable • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively Preferred Background: • Executive Assistant • Operations Coordinator • Project Coordinator• Administrative Support • Startup Operations Location: Delhi NCR preferred Work Type: Full-time / Hybrid Compensation: Based on experience, communication skills, and execution ability.
