We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to Founder

at Techno Be With You / Track’d / Wave Earplugs

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder across multiple rapid-growing brands in music, media, lifestyle, events, and consumer products.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage communication, coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced creative environment.

You will work closely across projects involving:

music festivals & artist collaborations

lifestyle and consumer brands

content production & shoots

partnerships and campaigns

operations and team coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with teams, vendors, collaborators, and clients

• Assist with daily operational and administrative workflows

• Track tasks, timelines, and execution across projects

• Support event, shoot, and campaign coordination

• Handle skilled communication via email and calls

• Maintain organization across multiple ongoing projects

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, Click Up, etc.

• Professional, detail-oriented, and dependable

• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
