Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding current candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end Recruitments and employee life cycle
- Knowledge of HR Operations (Payroll, Compliances)
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues and ensure effective management of grievances. Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions.
- Talent Management: Assist in talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning. Partner with management to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, provide coaching to managers and employees, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to monitor trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (MBA/PGDM/ Org Psychology)
- 4-6 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
