Salary: Competitive Salary Package Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Head HR to manage day-to-day HR operations and recruitment. The role will focus on payroll, compliance, employee engagement, administrative support, attendance management, and liaison with government authorities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Handle HR operations: employee records, attendance, leave & documentation
- Oversee onboarding, exits, and HR compliance processes
- Manage payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture
- Liaise with government authorities for licenses, approvals & compliance
- Assist in HR audits, reporting, and general administrative operations Required Skills & Qualifications: ● 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role ● Understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliances ● Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, labor laws, and government liaisoning is an added advantage ● Good knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Excel ● Solid organizational and documentation skills ● Excellent communication and coordination abilities Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4meve2
