Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Commis at our bakery cafe in Faridabad. The Commis will assist in food preparation, execute baking and cooking tasks, ensure high hygiene standards in the kitchen, maintain ingredient quality, and contribute to the creative development of new recipes. The role requires close collaboration with the team to deliver consistent and exceptional culinary experiences for customers.

Qualifications Entry-level or junior experience in a bakery or kitchen (training or internships welcome) Strong interest in contemporary desserts and current sandwich trends Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team Creative mindset with a passion for food Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety

Your role will include: Assisting with the preparation of desserts, pastries, and sandwiches Learning and executing production processes and kitchen standards Helping maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Supporting senior team members during daily operations
