We're seeking an enthusiastic Sports Coach cum Instructor to lead sessions, engage guests, and promote the sport among beginners, families, and enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities· Conduct interactive coaching and trial sessions for guests and beginners.· Teach basic techniques, rules, and playing styles of Pickleball and Paddle (training support will be provided). · Organize mini matches, weekend tournaments, and corporate or group sessions. · Maintain court setup, equipment, and ensure guest safety. · Collaborate with the SkyJumper operations team for smooth daily functioning.· Encourage participation and create a fun, energetic court environment. Must Have · Strong background in any racket sport — Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, or Squash. · Good communication and guest interaction skills; able to engage both kids and adults. · Physically fit, energetic, and confident in leading on-court sessions.· Basic understanding of rules, scoring, and player etiquette in racket sports. · Willingness to learn and adapt to Pickleball&Paddle through in-house training. Nice to Have· Prior experience as a Sports Instructor, Coach, or Fitness Trainer. · Degree or certification in Physical Education, Sports Science, or Coaching. · Experience in group activities, sports camps, or club operations. · Interest in promoting new-age sports experiences and community engagement.Compensation• Salary Range: 25,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience). • Performance-linked incentives for sessions and event participation.
