A Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective students, and converting enquiries into admissions by effectively explaining course offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Job Description: Generate leads through calls, social media, references, and direct enquiries Contact and follow up with prospective students and parents Explain course details (Python, Flutter, Odoo, Full Stack, etc.) clearly Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling Maintain lead database and update status regularly Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Conduct counselling sessions (phone / walk-in / online) Coordinate with academic team for batch planning and student onboarding Handle enquiries from website, ads, and social media platforms Build relationships with schools, colleges, and partners for lead generation Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Required Skills Strong communication and convincing skills Sales and negotiation ability Basic knowledge of IT courses or willingness to learn Good follow-up and closing skills Ability to handle targets and pressure
Preferred Experience in EdTech / training institutes / sales roles Tele-calling or academic counselling experience Freshers with solid communication can also apply
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
