Store Keeper - Restaurant (Feroke)

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Restaurant Store Keeper to manage our food, beverage, and dry stock inventory. You will be responsible for receiving all stock deliveries, verifying quantities against purchase orders, tracking daily stock levels, and issuing ingredients to the kitchen team. The primary goal is to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages, eliminate waste, and ensure strict adherence to food hygiene standards.
- Receiving & Verification: Inspect all incoming deliveries for freshness, quality, correct quantity, and expiry dates. Verify goods against delivery notes and purchase orders (POs).
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate, real-time records of opening stock, daily purchases, kitchen issues, and closing stock using our inventory management system.
- Kitchen Issuing: Issue ingredients, kitchen supplies, and packaging materials to various departments (e.g., Hot Kitchen, Shawarma station, Mocktail bar) based on approved daily requisition slips.
- Storage & FIFO Management: Organize storage areas, walk-in chillers, and freezers cleanly and systematically. Enforce the FIFO (First In, First Out) method strictly to minimize food spoilage and wastage.
- Stock Audits & Forecasting: Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts. Identify any discrepancies between physical stock and software records, and flag slow-moving items.
- Supplier Coordination: Report any damaged goods, shortages, or price variations to management immediately, and coordinate with suppliers for returns or replacements.
- Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Ensure all storage environments strictly follow food safety and temperature control regulations. Keep stock rooms clean, dry, and secure against pests or unauthorized access. Pay: ₹16,000.00
