The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas into engaging visual narratives with a clear sense of pacing, emotion, and impact. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and execution, with the ability to handle projects end-to-end—from concept development to final delivery. The candidate should also be proficient in creating motion graphics that effectively enhance and support the story.A robust sense of music, rhythm, and timing is essential to ensure seamless flow and emotional connection in the final output. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required to deliver high-quality video and motion design work efficiently.
