Job Type: Full-time PR (Public Relations) Strategist & Key Account Manager at Vygr Media (PR & Brand Communications Division) At Vygr Media, we believe the future of communication belongs to stories that are human-led, culturally relevant, insight-driven, and built for today’s digital-first audience. Through Vygr PR & Brand Communications, we work with established brands across BFSI, Real Estate, Education & Funded Startups to shape narratives that drive visibility, credibility, and impact. We are looking for a PR Strategist who understands modern media, thinks beyond mere press releases, and can build meaningful brand conversations across digital, editorial, creator, and business ecosystems. About the Role: The PR Strategist will lead communication strategy, media positioning, campaign ideation, and client servicing across multiple accounts. The role requires someone who understands storytelling, business positioning, media dynamics, and internet culture — and is equally comfortable working with journalists, podcasters, influencers, and internal comms teams. - Online Influencer Media Podcast Media This is an aggressive role which involves working with a team that has grown 3x on revenue in the last 2 quarters and is looking to grow 4x in the next 3 quarters. ONLY Candidates that believe in a high-performance role should apply. Key Responsibilities: PR & Media Strategy Build long-term PR and communication strategies for clients across sectors. Develop media narratives, positioning frameworks, and founder communication angles. Identify trending conversations, cultural moments, and news hooks relevant to client industries. Create integrated communication calendars combining editorial, social, influencer, and podcast opportunities. Media RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, podcasters, and media platforms. Pitch stories, interviews, opinion pieces, founder profiles, and trend-led narratives. Secure high-quality earned media opportunities across business, startup, lifestyle, tech, finance, and mainstream media. Track media opportunities and proactively identify placement possibilities. Content & Narrative BuildingDevelop press releases, media notes, founder profiles, article ideas, talking points, and campaign narratives. Assist in creating thought leadership content and industry commentary. Translate complex business ideas into media-friendly and audience-friendly stories. Client ManagementServe as a strategic communication partner for clients. Lead client calls, reporting, planning, and execution discussions. Understand client business models, industry trends, and growth objectives. Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables. Campaign IdeationConceptualize high-impact PR campaigns, creator collaborations, podcasts, digital activations, and founder visibility initiatives. Work closely with design, social media, content, and creator teams to execute integrated campaigns. Contribute to brand-building initiatives beyond traditional media outreach. Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in PR, communications, media, branding, or content strategy. Strong understanding of Indian media ecosystems and digital culture. Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and execute quickly. Strong media networking and relationship-building abilities. Understanding of corporate PR, IR/PR, and Shareholder communications is preferred. Experience handling multiple clients and fast-paced environments. Familiarity with Linked In positioning, podcasts, founder branding, and digital storytelling is essential . Terms: Salary
