Senior Php Developer Kochi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with strong expertise in Laravel to join our energetic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and a passion for developing scalable and effective applications.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework. Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across various environments. Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring coding standards are met. Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in PHP and Laravel development. Contribute to architecture decisions and technical planning for upcoming projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework. Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Vue.js or React. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services. Experience with version control systems (Git). Understanding of MVC architecture, OOP principles, and software design patterns. Ability to write unit and integration tests for reliable application performance. Solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to microservices architecture and scalable application design. Proven track record of leading or mentoring development teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
