Main Responsibilities Planning and creating food menus Supervising all kitchen staff Maintaining food quality and presentation Controlling food cost and wastage Checking stock and ordering ingredients Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and hygiene Following food safety standards Training new kitchen staff Managing kitchen schedules and shifts Coordinating with management and service team Monitoring portion control Handling customer food complaints professionally Ensuring all dishes are prepared on time Maintaining kitchen equipment properly Introducing new dishes and seasonal specials Leadership Duties Lead the kitchen team efficiently Motivate and discipline staff when needed Maintain teamwork and smooth workflow Handle pressure during busy service hours Skills Required Solid cooking knowledge Leadership and communication skills Time management Creativity in food preparation Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations Ability to work in fast-paced environment Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits
