Job Description

Oranzai Builders is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage interior and construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have solid project execution skills, team management ability, and experience in handling multiple projects efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage interior and construction projects effectively. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams. Ensure projects are completed within budget, timelines, and quality standards. Monitor site progress and resolve project-related issues promptly. Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates for management. Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements Minimum 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out and construction project management. Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, and site coordination. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
