- and want to help shape how AI understands finance workflows. In this role, you'll use your real-world experience with Quick Books, and Concur to create realistic finance scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and improve the accuracy of next-generation AI systems. What does day-to-day life look like?

- Create finance workflow prompts and real-world accounting scenarios
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and reasoning
- Build synthetic invoices, bills, reconciliations, and GL datasets
- Identify edge cases such as duplicate bills, sync failures, policy violations, and GAAP errors
- Help improve AI performance across finance operations and controls We're looking for: Professionals with hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounting & Month-End Close
- Controller / Finance Management
- Finance Systems Administration Requirements:
- 4-12 years of finance/accounting experience
- Solid working knowledge of Quick Books, and/or Concur
- Understanding of US GAAP and finance controls
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- CPA/CMA preferred (required for Controller-level roles) Nice to have:
- Experience with AI evaluation, RLHF, or LLM projects
- ERP migrations, multi-entity or multi-currency exposure
