Social Media Manager/Account Manager (Client Servicing) (Kochi)

Role Description We are seeking a Social Media Manager/Account Manager (Client Servicing) for a full time hybrid role based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The role involves managing social media platforms, developing and ideating content strategies, communicating with clients, and optimizing social media presence. You will work as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that campaigns align with brand goals and performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include planning and ideating with internal team and the client, tracking daily and weekly social trends, analyzing performance, and conducting competitor analysis. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in crafting Content Strategies and Writing
- Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and teams effectively
- Familiarity with Performance Marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter promotions) to track and improve paid social media performance by themselves or with our Media Team
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant experience in client servicing or account management is a plus
