About this role We've built a complete job search system — resume frameworks, strategy, outreach templates, interview playbooks. Everything is documented and ready to run. What we need now is someone who can learn this system deeply and teach it to clients in a way that keeps them moving, motivated, and accountable every single day. This is not a passive support role. You will be the person clients hear from daily. You will show them what to do, how to do it, and why it works. You will be confident, solution-first, and know the answer before the client finishes asking the question. What you'll do
- Take 4–5 client calls daily — walking each person through their job search step by step
- Record Loom walkthroughs on demonstrating exactly what to do and how to do it.
- Run daily WhatsApp check-ins to track progress and keep clients accountable
- Identify where clients are stuck and resolve it quickly with a clear next action
- Maintain structured updates and notes for each client on the system
- Flag patterns, drop-offs, and friction points to help us improve the overall process What you'll teach clients
- How to build and optimise a profile that attracts recruiters
- How to tailor resumes for ATS and pass initial screening
- How to run structured cold outreach to hiring managers and recruiters
- How to prepare for interviews and handle common objections
- How to follow up professionally and stay top of mind Who you are
- You've taught, trained, tutored, or mentored someone before — in any context, formal or informal
- You learn quick and can explain things clearly without being asked twice
- You're comfortable and confident being the expert in the room even when you're still learning
- You don't wait to be told what to do — you see a problem and solve it
- You have strong written and spoken English — clients rely on your clarity and confidence
