Php Full Stack Developer Kochi

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Laravel (minimum 5 years) and up-to-date front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will

play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web applications and contribute to

an AI-first development culture.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using PHP (Laravel) and

React + JavaScript Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services Develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces with React Work with MySQL for database design, optimization, and performance tuning Implement scalable architectures for multi-tenant SaaS products Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA Adopt and promote an AI-first development approach (leveraging AI tools to

improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed) Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Laravel (mandatory) Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, React, JavaScript, and MySQL Strong proficiency in Git and git flow. Experience in full-stack development with end-to-end project ownership Solid understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows Robust problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent inter-team communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have Knowledge of IDP (Intelligent Document Processing), JWT Experience with AWS services Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms Exposure to LMS (Learning Management Systems) domain

Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
