Junior Video Editor, Fort Cochin

Responsibilities: Assembling raw footage into a rough cut or assembly edit, based on the script and creative brief. Trimming footage segments and fine-tuning audio and video tracks to produce a seamless final product. Incorporating visual effects, graphics, and other design elements into the video, using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Collaborating with the internal team and other editors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Reviewing final products for quality control, and making any necessary revisions to meet the client's requirements. Staying up-to-date with new editing techniques, software updates, and industry standards.Requirements: 1-2 years of work experience preferably in advertising. Understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography. Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
