The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis, creating detailed calculations, designing and reviewing structural plans, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role requires collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient, reliable, and innovative structural solutions. The individual will also lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications Expertise in Structural Analysis and performing accurate Calculations Strong knowledge of Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles Proficiency in utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating detailed designs Excellent project management, teamwork, and communication skillsExperience in leading teams and managing complex design projects is highly advantageous Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required Professional certification in structural engineering is a plus Prior experience with international projects is an added advantage
