Technology Project Coordinator (Kochi)

About the Role Cocokerala is building a large-scale Enterprise Travel Platform — 29 software modules over 16 months. We need a sharp, organised person to be our internal coordinator between our business team and the external development agency. This is not a coding role. It is about tracking, questioning, documenting, and keeping delivery on schedule. Once the platform is live, we want this person to stay with us as our in-house Technology Operations Coordinator — managing system health, vendor SLAs, future enhancements, and the technology backbone of our growing business. What You Will Do During the project phase (18 months):
- Be the single point of contact between Cocokerala and the software development vendor
- Review wireframes, track sprint milestones, and sign off on module testing
- Manage change requests and keep the project scope under control
- Monitor progress dashboards and flag delays or risks early
- Coordinate with internal teams during training and go-live phases
- Document meeting notes, vendor communications, and status reports After go-live (ongoing role):
- Monitor platform performance, uptime, and vendor SLA compliance
- Coordinate bug fixes, enhancement requests, and future module rollouts
- Be the internal bridge between our operations team and the technology vendors
- Help the team adopt new features and manage change effectively What We Are Looking For
- 4–7 years of prior experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, or software product management
- Has managed or supported at least two end-to-end software implementation
- Comfortable reading and questioning technical documents, proposals, and wireframes
- Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud hosting concepts, or ERP/SaaS projects is a plus — not mandatory
- Strong written communication and structured thinking
- B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (CS) — or MBA with a solid IT project background Work Arrangement
- 5 to 6 hours a day — you set the schedule that works for you
- On-site at our Kochi office (Ernakulam area) — no travel required
- Starts as a 18-month ERP implementation engagement, transitioning into a permanent role post go-live
- The flexible schedule arrangement continues beyond the project — this is not a temporary concession
