ArchPro is looking for a Project Consultant to lead the early-stage client journey across Architecture and Interior projects.

You will work with inbound enquiries, understand client aspirations, guide project discussions, shape project direction, and help clients move confidently from enquiry to project onboarding.

This role combines client understanding, design awareness, communication, and commercial thinking.

No lead generation required — qualified enquiries will be provided by the company.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients

• Understand requirements, aspirations, priorities, and project expectations

• Guide clients through project scope, timelines, process, and budget alignment

• Translate discussions into clear briefs for internal teams

• Coordinate with design teams during pre-project stages

• Build trust through thoughtful communication and follow-ups

• Drive enquiry-to-project conversion through consultation and clarity

• Deliver a seamless onboarding experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch preferred)

• 2–6 years of experience in Architecture, Interiors, Consulting, or client-facing roles

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Solid listening, advisory, and stakeholder management ability

• Commercial awareness with a consultative approach

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
