Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Migration Consultant for an international project involving Oracle BRM v15 Cloud Native. The focus is on planning, executing, and validating a data migration from a staging environment into an Oracle BRM v15 target environment — including analysis of BRM data structures, data mappings, ETL development, and ensuring data integrity throughout. Key Responsibilities
- Design, planning, and execution of data migration from staging to Oracle BRM v15 Cloud Native
- Analysis of BRM data structures and definition of mappings between staging and target schemas
- Development and optimisation of ETL scripts using PL/SQL, Python, and/or Shell Scripting
- Data validations, reconciliation, audit checks, and automated test reports
- Collaboration with BRM developers, DBAs, and environment teams on migration and cutover plans
- Executing test migrations, trials, and rollback simulations
- Error analysis and resolution of issues related to data deviations, performance, or schema incompatibilities
- Documentation of migration strategy, data mappings, and validation results

- Hands-on experience with Oracle BRM Cloud Native or On-Prem
