About the Role:
• Responsible for the achievement of agreed sales targets/ objectives for the defined location
• In charge of all local marketing activities for the location
• Responsible for all commercial transactions with the channel partners
• Responsible for achieving all network-related targets as assigned for the location (network expansion, product placement, etc.)
• Responsible for business development, influencer and channel engagement and professional pricing coordination
• Ensure that distributors/ contractors provide an appropriate service as per the service level agreement
• Network Management (Product Placement, range selling, etc.)
• Provide information on competitors’ activities (promotions, price changes, products, new dealer/store opening, new initiatives, market issues, etc.)
• Ensure contractors/ dealers buy a range of products as defined month on month and maintain product range index
• Sales Promotion Activities Execution and Customer Service:
• Deliver high standards of customer service through regular visits, compliant resolution and commercial reconciliations

Requirements
- BIKE and LICENSE:- Should have Two-Wheeler and Driving License + Aadhar, PAN
- AGE: 21-26 years max
- Experience: 0-6 months experience (Preference for retail sales or building material industry sales experience)
- Should be open to travel (Cover) 70-100 Kilometer area (In assigned territory)
- EDUCATION
- Post Graduate/ Graduate-All Full time Regular with completion certificate (Don’t consider candidates who have done MBA along with BE/ B.Tech ), rest all combination is Ok ( B.Tech other than CSE/MBA Marketing)
- 1 st Choice- B.Tech Civil or other any stream except IT and Computers Fresher
- Candidate should have done his all education in Full time, must have finals result marksheet in hand
- Looking for diversity hiring (Male/female both) Notes:
- Flexibility for Relocation
- Should be ready to relocate if required to send to a nearby location for his growth opportunities
- Candidate will get offer letter for 4/4.50 Lac’s
