Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements. Conduct vehicle walk-around inspection and note customer complaints. Prepare repair orders/job cards with accurate details. Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis and repair updates. Explain repair estimates, timelines, warranty coverage, and service recommendations to customers. Ensure timely vehicle delivery with proper quality checks. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair progress. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate critical cases when required. Maintain service records, customer history, and follow-up data in DMS/software. Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction (CSI) and revenue targets. Coordinate with spare parts department for parts availability.
Required Skills Solid communication and customer handling skills Valuable knowledge of automobile systems and repairs Ability to explain technical issues in easy language Problem-solving and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge and DMS handling Sales and upselling capability Time management and multitasking ability
Educational Qualification Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Graduate with automobile experience may also apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
