Quality Inspector (Chitegaon)

Educational Qualification: ITI (Fitter, Machinist, or Turner) certification. Experience: Typically 1 year in manufacturing, machining, or quality control, though many companies hire fresh ITI graduates as trainees. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Vernier caliper, tolerances, limits and fits, and geometrical dimensions. Soft Skills: 5S, Quality controls, Checksheet, Problem Solving. Location: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Check raw materials and components from suppliers to ensure they meet requirements. In-Process Inspection: Monitor parts during the manufacturing or assembly process to prevent errors early. Final Inspection: Conduct rigorous checks on finished goods before packing and dispatch. Defect Management: Identify, tag, and segregate defective or "Not Valuable" (NG) parts to prevent them from reaching customers. Documentation: Maintain daily inspection records, rejection logs, and non-conformance reports, and update these in the quality database.
