Key Responsibilities Market Visits & Client Interaction Visit existing buyers to strengthen relationships and ensure repeat business. Meet prospective clients to explain the auction process, advantages, and onboarding requirements. Conduct market research to understand buyer and seller trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks. Lead Generation & Business Development Identify and generate leads for new Forward Auction (FA) and Reverse Auction (RA) projects. Onboard new buyers and sellers across multiple categories (scrap, machinery, industrial materials, etc.). Develop and maintain a healthy funnel pipeline. Travel & Market Coverage Comfortable with extensive travel, including outstation visits for up to 15 days a month. Solid knowledge of the local market and ability to network in other industrial hubs. Client Onboarding & Training Support clients in completing documentation and registration on the AuctionIT platform. Provide training and demonstrations to buyers/sellers on using the online auction portal. Performance & Reporting Achieve monthly targets for recent buyer & client acquisition, auction participation, and revenue generation. Prepare market visit reports, lead status updates, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of auctions.

Skills & Competencies Required Strong field sales and business development skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities (Hindi & English). Negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively. Good understanding of industrial markets, especially scrap and manufacturing sectors. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Qualifications Graduate Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or e-commerce segments. Experience in auction industry or industrial material trading will be an added advantage.
