Territory Executive (East India)

Position Title: Territory Executive Location: PAN India Reporting To: Regional Manager Department: Services
- Auction Objective: To ensure effective coordination and execution of auction operations by enhancing buyer participation, maximizing bid values, and maintaining seamless communication with clients and stakeholders. Accountability: •Coordinate with buyers to ensure active participation and competitive bidding in auctions. •Drive higher bid realization to maximize auction outcomes and overall sales performance. •Manage end-to-end auction operations including vehicle listing, scheduling, and execution. •Maintain regular communication with clients regarding auction planning, status, and outcomes. •Share periodic reports and updates with clients to ensure transparency and alignment. •Handle daily coordination for vehicle listings, quote sharing, and auction readiness. •Ensure smooth post-auction processes including buyer coordination for vehicle lifting and documentation closure. •Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all operational and documentation activities. Competencies: •Basic understanding of used car and auction processes •Strong coordination, documentation, and operational management skills •Proficiency in report handling and MS Excel •Effective communication and client management skills •Customer-focused approach with proactive problem-solving attitude •Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills Experience: •Minimum 1+ year of experience in auction operations, automotive, or similar coordination roles •Educational qualification: Graduate and above Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n1fsl
