- Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of patients presenting with musculoskeletal injuries or disorders. <\/li>
- Assist in the diagnosis of conditions such as fractures, dislocations, joint degeneration, and soft tissue injuries using clinical judgment and diagnostic tools. <\/li>
- Interpret radiological imaging (X -rays, CT scans, MRIs) to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. <\/li>
- Participate in surgical procedures under supervision, including fracture fixation, joint aspiration, and minimally invasive techniques. <\/li>
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including medical histories, examination findings, and treatment plans. <\/li>
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive rehabilitation strategies. <\/li>
- Stay updated with current orthopaedic guidelines, best practices, and emerging surgical techniques. <\/li>
- Assist in pre -operative and post -operative patient care, including monitoring recovery and managing complications. <\/li>
- Contribute to case discussions, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives within the department. <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>

- MBBS degree with a solid academic record and completion of internship. <\/li>
- Solid understanding of human anatomy, particularly the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, ligaments, muscles). <\/li>
- Proficiency in clinical diagnosis of orthopaedic conditions, including trauma and degenerative diseases. <\/li>
- Familiarity with basic surgical techniques and instrumentation used in orthopaedic procedures. <\/li>
- Ability to interpret X -rays, CT scans, and MRI reports with accuracy and clinical relevance. <\/li>
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration. <\/li>
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in orthopaedic medicine. <\/li>
- Willingness to work in a fast -paced clinical environment with rotating shifts and on -call duties. <\/li>
