Job Location : Sikkim , West Bengal Job Role : L2 Desktop Support Engineer
- Key responsibilities :
- End User Computing (EUC) support
- Server Management
- Backup Management
- Documentation
- Network
- Log file
- Maintaining the hardware, software, files on a regular basis accordingly as per the company policies. Timely analyze whether any repairs or replacements is needed.
- Responsible for the installation of operating system Windows 7,Windows 8,10 and server OS
- Installation and troubleshoot for IDS software.
- Taking care of MS Outlook problem.
- Maintaining the network and troubleshooting the network related issues.
- Maintaining the Bio Metric device & CCTV camera complete setup.
- Maintaining & troubleshooting all type of Printers.
- Maintaining room locks and console.
- Installation, Configuration, Troubling shooting of Wireless equipment.
- Perform data backups and recovery operations for all the computers and servers.
- Responsible for maintaining interface system i.e. Wi-Fi Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mttmx
