Job Role : L2 Desktop Support Engineer Key responsibilities :
End User Computing (EUC) support
Server Management
Backup Management
Documentation
Network
Log file
Maintaining the hardware, software, files on a regular basis accordingly as per the company policies. Timely analyze whether any repairs or replacements is needed.
Responsible for the installation of operating system Windows 7,Windows 8,10 and server OS
Installation and troubleshoot for IDS software.
Taking care of MS Outlook problem.
Maintaining the network and troubleshooting the network related issues.
Maintaining the Bio Metric device & CCTV camera complete setup.
Maintaining & troubleshooting all type of Printers.
Maintaining room locks and console.
Installation, Configuration, Troubling shooting of Wireless equipment.
Perform data backups and recovery operations for all the computers and servers.
Responsible for maintaining interface system i.e. Wi-Fi Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n3cya
