- Greet and welcome passengers as they arrive atthe airport
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off,and boarding procedures
- Ensure compliance with all airportsecurity regulations
- Provide information and assistance topassengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations -Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional andcourteous manner
- Assist passengers with special needs, such asunaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
- Coordinatewith other airport staff and airlines to ensure smooth and timelyoperations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow allsafety procedures and protocols
- Perform other duties as assignedby the supervisor Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diplomaor equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in ateam and collaborate effectively
- Must be able to work in shifts,including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically fit and ableto lift up to 50 pounds
- Prior experience in customer service orairport operations is a plus, but not required
- Fluency in Englishand Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus WeOffer:
