Inside Sales Executive (Rajajinagar)

Job Description & Responsibilities External:
- Receive enquiry by Mail, Whatsapp or directly by call
- Quotation updating
- Send Proforma Invoice
- Pricing queries
- Coordinating with the customers for any Issues.
- Enquires follow ups
- Payment follow ups
- Increasing clientele database
- Lead generation and conversion Internal:
- Forward the order to the Billing team to raise invoice.
- Assisting logistic team.
- Maintain the records. Qualification Requirements Qualification and Experience is not a criterion, but relevant skill set and interest to learn and perform required
- Customer Relationship
- Analytic skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills in all three languages (English, Kannada and Hindi)
- Computer skills
- Listening skills
- Product Knowledge (added benefit)
- Leadership Qualities (added Advantage)
- Min 1year of experience in Telesales/ Outside sales/ Meeting clients
- Experience in Handling client
- Basic computers
