Senior Executive - Provider & Networking (Vidyavihar)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and empanel hospitals/clinics as per company guidelines.
- Collect, verify, and process hospital onboarding documentation.
- Negotiate tariffs and finalize service agreements (as per experience level).
- Maintain and update provider database & records.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with hospitals.
- Handle provider queries and resolve operational issues.
- Manage escalations related to claims, billing, and disputes.
- Conduct hospital visits and relationship meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Claims, Operations, Medical, Finance).
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI and internal TAT standards.
- Support network expansion strategy and market mapping. Valuable Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00
