Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creative Design & Concept Development: Create innovative design solutions for print and digital materials (brochures, flyers, websites, social media graphics, etc.), ensuring a cohesive visual identity
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all designs, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s core identity
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them to keep the brand fresh and competitive
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to align designs with business goals and target audience insights Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience (1-2 years) in Graphic Design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Coreldraw, and other relevant design software Basic Requirements:
- Solid layout, photo, and video editing skills
- Candidates proficient in video editing are preferred
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹420,000.00
