Web Developer
- Content Author – LMS Location: Onsite Job Type: Full-time Role: We are hiring Commerce and IT graduates to work on authoring and managing courses on our Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves copying and formatting course content into the LMS, structuring lessons, adding multimedia elements, and ensuring the content is properly formatted and functional. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Authoring: Develop and structure interactive courses for the LMS.
- Content Entry & Formatting: Copy, upload, and format text, videos, quizzes, and assessments into the LMS.
- Multimedia Integration: Add videos, quizzes, assessments, and animations to course modules.
- Course Structuring: Design well-organized lesson flows, ensuring easy navigation.
- LMS Management: Upload, test, and optimize course content within the LMS.
- Content Standardization: Ensure content aligns with instructional design best practices and follows company branding.
- Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), designers, and developers to enhance content.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review and update courses based on learner feedback and engagement analytics.
- Troubleshooting: Address technical/content-related issues in courses. Requirements: Education: Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or IT (B.Sc. CS/BCA/B.Tech) graduate. Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SCORM (preferred).
- Familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or H5P (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of course structuring & learning methodologies.
- Ability to create engaging quizzes, assignments, and interactive content.
- Strong written and verbal English skills (for clear content structuring and team coordination).
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for content accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Preferred (Good to Have):
- Prior experience working with an LMS or e-learning system.
- Exposure to e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or H5P. Why Join Us?
