You will gain hands-on exposure to acquisitions, underwriting, financial modelling, portfolio management, and investor reporting while working closely with senior leadership in a high-impact environment.The Role This is a broad and hands-on role where you will support the investment team across acquisitions, asset management, financial analysis, and investor reporting. Given the collaborative nature of the business, you will have meaningful responsibility from day one and the opportunity to influence key business decisions.You will work closely with senior stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, maintain portfolio performance, and support strategic growth initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing&Underwriting Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities across target markets and asset classes Conduct detailed financial analysis including IRR analysis and sensitivity testing Prepare investment memorandums and present recommendations to senior leadership Carry out market and competitor researchMonitor planning policy updates and relevant market developments Asset Management Support the active management of the existing property portfolio Monitor asset performance against business plans and financial targets Liaise with property managers, solicitors, and external advisors Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and portfolio returnsFinancial Modelling Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments, and existing assets Prepare detailed cashflow models and forecasting reports Maintain accurate portfolio performance records and financial metrics Support budgeting and forecasting activities Investor Relations&Reporting Assist in preparing investor updates and performance reports Support communication with investors and external stakeholders Assist with fundraising and capital raising initiatives when required What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in property investment, asset management, finance, or a related fieldStrong understanding of property investment principles and financial analysis Experience conducting due diligence and asset research Ability to build and interpret financial models and cashflow forecasts Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred Nice to Have Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment Exposure to property development or commercial real estateFamiliarity with investor reporting processes Understanding of planning regulations and property compliance Experience supporting cross-functional investment teams Work Schedule Monday to Friday 08:00 AM– 05:00 PM GMT 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST Pay&Benefits– What We Offer Annual CTC: ₹16,00,000 – ₹22,00,000 per year Fully remote working environment Opportunity to work directly with experienced investment leaders Exposure across the full property investment lifecycle Collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture Career growth opportunities within a growing investment businessLong-term professional development and mentorship Dynamic and high-impact role with real ownership from day one
