Ayurvedic Wellness Counsellor - Men's Health (Ghaziabad)

City: Ghaziabad. The applications of candidates residing in Ghaziabad will be considered for the next round. Job requirement: Men's health counselling (at the Doctor's clinic) The job requires travelling to Faridabad & Rohtak Candidate Profile Must-Have:
- BAMS / Diploma in Ayurveda / Certified Ayurvedic Counsellor
- OR Psychology / Wellness background with Ayurveda exposure
- 1–2 years of experience (freshers acceptable if strong communication) Salary: Rs. 25000/-to 38000/- per month + Travelling: Within the city, travelling 5000/- per month Role: To counsel patients on sexual health concerns using Ayurvedic principles, build trust, and monitor the effectiveness of the treatment programs, under the supervision of a qualified Physician. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide stigma-free counselling for men with sexual health concerns.
- Address common conditions such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido, etc.
- Offer lifestyle advice when necessary.
- Promote early detection of underlying health issues linked to sexual dysfunction, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health disorders.
- Maintain patient and counselling records
- Ensure patient confidentiality Clinical Support (Non-prescriptive)
- Understand patient history (lifestyle, diet, stress, sleep)
- Explain Ayurvedic concepts (dosha imbalance, lifestyle correction) The job role involves intercity travelling to one or two additional cities Chosen candidates will receive on-the-job training. The job role involves intercity travelling to Agra and Gorakhpur Additionally, TA /DA will be applicable in case of outstation travel.+ TA /DA for outstation travel between Ghaziabad, Agra, Gorakhpur and vice-versa: as per company policy Pay: ₹25,000.00
