Job Description We are looking for a TDS Customer Success Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling TDS-related queries, payroll compliance support, and customer communication. The role requires strong client-handling skills along with a working understanding of TDS processes and statutory compliance.Key Responsibilities Handle client queries related to TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance via calls, emails, and tickets Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues Support clients on TDS filings, challans, Form 24Q / 26Q, Form 16/16A, and related processes Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and resolutions in CRM/ticketing toolsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Follow up on pending client actions and ensure closure within defined TATs Qualifications Graduate in Commerce / Semi-Qualified CA 1–3 years of experience in TDS, compliance, customer support, or client servicing Basic understanding of TDS complianceStrong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable handling multiple client queries and deadlines Working knowledge of Excel Additional Information What you get: A competitive package and a chance to participate in a life altering business plan that will fundamentally disrupt and change one of the largest industry segments in India and the world.Additional information WHY US You'll be surrounded by passionate team members.
