Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in Sector-62, Noida. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, implement effective HR policies, and manage employee relations. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also foster a positive workplace culture, coordinate benefits, and support strategic initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational growth.Qualifications Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills to source and hire top talent Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and managing compliance with labor laws Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment Skills in performance management, training, and employee developmentExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively on-site and contribute to an inclusive and dynamic work culture Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Prior experience in the education or Ed-Tech industry is advantageous
