Role Description The Validation Lead – AI/GenAI CSV is a full-time on-site role located in Giridih. The Validation Lead will oversee computer system validation (CSV) and process validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational objectives. Daily responsibilities include leading validation efforts for AI and GenAI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to quality control and assurance processes, and documenting validation protocols. The role also requires ensuring that systems meet performance standards and identifying opportunities to enhance validation processes. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV) and Process Validation
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Solid understanding of Validation frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet regulatory compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Experience with AI/GenAI systems is a plus
