- Proficiency in team management, resource planning, and operational supervision
- Experience in ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and optimization of processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a relevant field
- Knowledge of the mining industry and its regulatory frameworks is preferred
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to shifting priorities
