Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hardware & Server Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hardware system design, server configuration and maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support — particularly in surveillance systems, embedded hardware, and networking environments. Key Responsibilities
- Design, assemble, and test electronic hardware components and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic boards, PCBs, power supplies, and system hardware
- Configure and maintain server systems related to surveillance (e.g., NVR, DVR, NAS setups)
- Install and manage OS and CCTV management software on servers
- Evaluate and test new hardware components and integrate them with existing systems
- Provide technical support for on-site hardware and server issues
- Maintain documentation for all hardware and server systems, updates, and repairs
- Collaborate with software, network, and field teams for system integration
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during design and deployment Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in hardware and/or server engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and testing equipment
- Experience in server hardware configuration, OS installation, and basic networking
- PCB troubleshooting and rework (SMD/TH) skills
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and technical drawings
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams Preferred Skills
- Experience with CCTV hardware, NVRs, DVRs, and surveillance systems
- Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontroller-based designs
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server environments
- Knowledge of power management systems, UPS setups, and data storage solutions
