Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to support our daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling computer systems, maintaining data and ensuring smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor computer systems efficiently
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Handle MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email)
- Maintain files, documents and databases
- Troubleshoot basic system issues
- Ensure timely processing of reports and information
- Take regular data backups
- Support team members with system-related tasks Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Basic understanding of internet and email
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of data management systems
- Familiarity with printers, scanners etc.
